Garland Wastewater Master Plan (Garland, Texas)
Flow Monitoring Services, SSES & CMOM Self-Audit
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Temporary flow monitoring was undertaken at 46 sites within the wastewater collection system. Data collected was used in the hydraulic model calibration. Five rainfall gauges were installed to calibrate NEXRAD radar images and provide digital rainfall distribution analysis over the monitored service areas. Priority ranking of basins for subsequent inspection and smoke testing was presented in the final report. Prepared a CMOM self-audit report as part of TCEQ requirements and assisted City in preparing the SSO Initiative ten year plan.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis performed temporary flow monitoring at thirty-eight (38) sites including six (6) rain gauges to obtain dry and wet weather flows for hydraulic model calibration associated with a wastewater collection system master planning effort. Data was provided for use in calibration of the InfoWorks hydraulic model. Data was analyzed to prioritize areas for future I/I reduction efforts.

I/I Reduction Program (Diamondhead, Mississippi)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis, LLC staff performed the field testing and inspection. Staff also assisted in development of the EPA response required by a MDEQ/EPA Consent Order. The project included installation and analysis of flow monitoring data (33 sites), manhole inspection (375), smoke testing (112,000 lf), CCTV (16,800 lf) and preparation of a phased recommended rehabilitation plans with estimated costs. Flow monitoring data was used to calibrate the InfoWorks hydraulic model.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Temporary flow monitoring established the priority ranking of eight drainage basins. Annual budget was developed to perform manhole inspections, smoke testing, CCTV and rehabilitation plan based on the priority ranking.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Temporary flow monitoring established the priority ranking of 14 drainage basins. SSES was initiated on 520,000 linear feet consisting of manhole inspections, smoke testing, CCTV and rehabilitation plan.
I/I Reduction Program (Rogers, Arkansas)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis was selected to perform an evaluation on a portion of the Utilities wastewater collection system. Inspection of 1,500 manholes and smoke testing of 400,000 linear feet of sewer was undertaken to identify and reduce wet weather infiltration/inflow. A hydraulic model of the Blossom Creek interceptor was undertaken to determine if adequate capacity was present for anticipated future growth.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis, LLC is updating the City master plan to include annexed areas and ETJ. Using InfoWorks and flow data from 21 temporary flow meters, the master plan is being updated to address future capacity needs and infiltration/inflow abatement strategies. A CMOM audit was performed to benchmark the current status of the collection system and improvements documented.
Broadway Basin, Oso Basin and Laguna Madre
I/I Reduction (Corpus Christi, Texas)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS: This project evaluated the Broadway Basin to quantify I/I and locate sources of inflow. Ten (10) flow meters and five rainfall gauges were used to establish dry and wet weather flows. Smoke testing (421,613 linear feet), manhole inspection (1,450) and CCTV (110,000 linear feet) was included in the scope of services. A final report was prepared that prioritized repairs and estimated rehabilitation costs. Sub-consultant to Urban Engineers.
The Oso basin was evaluated as a continuation of the I/I reduction plan. Flow monitoring, smoke testing, manhole inspection, CCTV was undertaken and a rehabilitation plan with estimated costs developed and presented in a final report. Sub-consultant to Brown & Caldwell and LNV Engineers.
The Laguna Madre project consisted of a comprehensive Inflow/Infiltration Study for a portion of the City of Corpus Christi sanitary sewer collection system. Twenty two (22) temporary flow meters and four(4) rainfall gauges were installed to establish rainfall induced infiltration/inflow quantity and system capacity utilization. Manhole inspections (500), smoke testing (150,000 lf) and CCTV field testing (35,000 lf) was undertaken to isolate wet weather inflow.
Meridian Wastewater SSO Abatement Program (Meridian, Mississippi)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis performed temporary flow monitoring at thirty-five (35) sites including ten (10) rain gauges to obtain dry and wet weather flows for InfoWorks hydraulic model calibration associated with a SSO abatement program. Data was provided for use in calibration of the wastewater system hydraulic model. Rainfall distribution will utilize ArcGIS Spatial Analyst.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis performed temporary flow monitoring at thirty-three (33) sites including nine (9) rain gauges to obtain dry and wet weather flows for hydraulic model calibration associated with a wastewater collection system master planning effort. Data was provided for use in calibration of the InfoWorks hydraulic model. In addition, NEXRAD radar was used for accurate rainfall distribution analysis. Nine rainfall gauges will be used to calibrate the NEXRAD radar images and final rainfall distribution analysis will be undertaken within ArcGIS.

Fort Sam Houston, TX and Fort Polk, LA Flow Monitoring
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District contracted with Pipeline Analysis, LLC to install eighteen temporary wastewater flow meters within the Fort Sam Houston wastewater collection system and 19 temporary flow meters in the Fort Polk North and South System. Both facilities will experience significant population increases following completion of its new construction program. The Directorate of Public Works directed the Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District to analyze the existing infrastructure and determine its capacity to support additional growth and evaluate the degree of extraneous infiltration/inflow. Approximately 244,000 linear feet of gravity sewer and 900 manholes were inspected at Fort Sam Houston. Testing included condition assessment, smoke testing, CCTV inspection and preparation of a rehabilitation plan with estimated costs.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Temporary flow monitoring is being undertaken at 56 sites during Phase 1 and 38 sites during Phase 2 within the wastewater collection system. Data collected will be provided to TBE for use in the InfoWorks hydraulic model calibration. Ten rainfall gauges are installed to calibrate NEXRAD radar images and provide digital rainfall distribution analysis over the monitored service areas. Pipeline Analysis will perform manhole inspection and smoke testing within the Largo collection system.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Pipeline Analysis, LLC staff performed the field testing, inspection and reporting for the Burton Creek and Still Creek service areas. The project included installation and analysis of flow monitoring data (30 sites), manhole inspection (3,910), smoke testing (1,300,000 lf), CCTV (130,000 lf) and preparation of a phased recommended rehabilitation plan with estimated costs.
I/I Abatement Program (St. Petersburg, Florida)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Comprehensive manhole inspections and smoke testing are on-going to fast-tract infiltration/inflow rehabilitation within portions of the collection system. Approximately 340,000 linear feet and 1150 manholes were inspected and tested. Findings were compiled and recommended repair methods with estimated costs were reported.

Idabel SSO Abatement Plan (Idabel, Oklahoma)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: As a requirement of regulatory compliance, the City contracted with Pipeline Analysis to perform dry and wet weather flow monitoring at six (6) locations to establish rainfall derived infiltration/inflow, prioritize areas of the collection system for future testing, evaluate the effectiveness and size of the existing flow equalization basin and prepare a ODEQ report with recommendations.
San Marcos CMOM Audit (San Marcos, Texas)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Using the proposed CMOM rules, Pipeline Analysis is performing a CMOM (Capacity Assurance, Management, Operation & Maintenance) audit of the wastewater collection system. Using an audit team assembled by Pipeline Analysis, the City staff are being interviewed. A workshop will be scheduled to present findings and recommendations. Areas being reviewed include: Engineering Design, construction practices, sewer ordinances, FOG (Fats, Oils & Grease) ordinance and implementation, SCADA monitoring, pump station O&M, collection system O&M, Emergency Response Plan, Mapping, Human Resources, etc.).
Tunnel D-3 Condition Assessment and Flow Analysis (Austin, Texas)
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: Due to rapid growth in the tributary area upstream of the D-3 inlet to the cross-town tunnel, Pipeline Analysis was contracted to perform a condition assessment of the D-3 inlet structure, review flow data from the permanent flow meter, evaluate the hydraulic conditions and determine the added capacity that may be achieved by removing the existing flume and control structure.
